When you purchase a template from Palms & Muses, you're granted a single-use license for one (1) website in your own Wix Studio account.

You may:

• Use the template for personal or business use

• Customize it freely within your Wix Studio editor
   

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or share the original or modified template

• Use the template for multiple projects

• Claim the design as your own without written permission
   

These boundaries protect the integrity of the work and support independent creators.

All products are digital, and as such:

• All sales are final

• No refunds, returns, or exchanges can be made

• Cancellations are not accepted once your order is completed and the transfer has begun

Once you purchase a template:

• You’ll receive a Wix template transfer invitation sent to the email provided at checkout

• Please make sure you provide us with email connected to your Wix account

• You must accept the transfer within 3 days or it will expire

• If you don’t receive the invitation within 24 hours, please check your spam folder or contact us directly

Once accepted, the template will appear in your Wix account as a new site, ready to customize.

Your template is fully customizable using Wix Studio’s drag-and-drop editor — no coding needed.

Please note:

• You're responsible for making your own edits

• We do not offer custom design services or edits unless otherwise stated

All templates are original designs created by Palms & Muses and remain the intellectual property

of this brand.

Unauthorized use, duplication, resale, or distribution — in full or in part — is strictly prohibited.
This includes derivative designs or repurposing the layout for resale.

Palms & Muses is not liable for:

• Any issues related to the Wix platform itself (technical bugs, platform limitations, future updates)

• The way a buyer modifies or uses the template

• Losses or damages from improper setup or unsupported changes

Templates are delivered digitally via email to the email address provided at checkout (must match your Wix account email).
